Based on over twenty years of playing and coaching college lacrosse, the staff at Turn and Burn can assist you and your program in any stage of development. We offer, guidance and assistance to both individual coaches as well as youth and high school organizations. Turn and Burn can provide assistance in the following ways: - Proven methods & drills to develop fundamentals required for shooting, passing, catching, ground balls, and dodging.
- Establishing effective offensive and defensive strategy’s.
- Organizing and executing a proper practice plan.
- Executing a winning game plan.
- Special situations: Extra Man Offense, Man Down Defense, 2 minutes left in the game and down by a goal.
- Skilled positions: proven drills and techniques for goalies and face-offs.
